Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@theindustryoutpost.com
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached and free from pet hair, lint, dirt, or signs of wear
• Washed or worn items cannot be accepted
• FR garments that have been worn cannot be returned for safety reasons
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not process direct exchanges — return your original order and place a new one
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of return receipt to original payment method
