How much is shipping?

Standard shipping rates within the contiguous United States are based on your order total:

Orders under $75: $19.95
Orders $75–$199.99: $14.95
Orders $200 or more: FREE Standard Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, Standard Shipping generally takes 2–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and product availability.

Where does my order ship from?

Orders ship from The Industry Outpost. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Will my entire order arrive in one package?

Some orders may arrive in more than one package. When an order is shipped separately, tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is not currently available at checkout.

Does free shipping apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories?

Free Standard Shipping at $200 applies to eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have different rates or availability.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

Unused items in original condition may be returnable within the window we confirm on your order. Some brands charge a restocking fee; a few styles are final sale. Custom-decorated or embroidered items are final sale unless we made an error.

How do I start a return?

Reach out through the Contact page with your order number and reason. We’ll confirm eligibility and send next steps.

Sizing & products

Where can I find size charts?

See our Size Charts page for Carhartt, Majestic, Bulwark, and related guides. When in doubt on FR or layered workwear, sizing up is often safer.

Are products FR / hi-vis certified?

FR and hi-vis ratings (CAT, NFPA, ANSI class, etc.) are listed on each product page. Match the rating to your job-site requirements.

Decoration & branding

Can you add my company logo?

Yes. Use Decorate This Product on any product page to upload artwork, place a mockup, and request a quote. We’ll follow up with pricing and a proof before production.

How long does decoration take?

Lead times depend on method (embroidery, screen print, etc.) and quantity. We’ll confirm timing on your quote — typically several business days after artwork approval, plus shipping.

B2B & help

Do you work with crews and companies?

Yes — trade and crew orders are welcome. Use Contact or our B2B page for volume pricing and decorated uniforms.
