Orders ship from The Industry Outpost. We work hard to get your order out fast and delivered ready to wear.WHERE WE SHIP
Shipping Coverage
We ship within the United States. Free Standard Shipping at $200 applies to eligible orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have different rates or availability at checkout. Some international destinations may also be available at checkout; duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
PROCESSING TIME
When Orders Ship
- In-stock items: typically leave within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order, manufacturer back orders, or special-order items: may take longer. We’ll email you if your order is affected.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email. Some orders may arrive in more than one package; tracking is provided for each shipment as it becomes available.
Bulk & Crew Orders
For orders of 10 or more items, email us before ordering so we can confirm availability, timing, and shipping. Bulk orders may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Custom Embroidery
Orders with logo embroidery require additional processing time. Please allow 5–7 additional business days before shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package, contact us within 7 days. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Address Changes
We can only change a shipping address before the order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot reroute it.
