Decoration Requirements

Why Some Products Require Decoration

Certain premium brands available through The Industry Outpost require products to be professionally embellished before they may be resold.

This is a brand requirement — not an optional upsell from The Industry Outpost.

Products subject to this requirement will be clearly identified on the product page.

What “Decoration Required” Means

When a product is marked Decoration Required, it cannot be purchased as a blank, undecorated item.

The product must be customized with a legitimate company or organization logo. Generic, obscure, temporary, or placeholder decoration used simply to satisfy the requirement is not permitted.

Brands Requiring Decoration

The following brands require embellishment on applicable products sold through The Industry Outpost:

Nike, OGIO®, The North Face®, Champion®, Carhartt®, Cotopaxi®, TravisMathew, Tommy Bahama®, Brooks Brothers®, New Era®, Eddie Bauer®, Outdoor Research®, Tentree®, Stanley/Stella®, and MiiR®.

Pants Exception

Qualifying pants are exempt from the decoration requirement.

Other types of bottoms, including shorts, bibs, coveralls, and overalls, should not be assumed exempt unless specifically indicated on the product page.

Professional Decoration

The Industry Outpost works with professional decoration partners to provide logo embellishment for products requiring customization.

Decoration options, logo requirements, pricing, placement, and estimated turnaround will be provided as part of the ordering process.
