Shipping Policy

Orders from The Industry Outpost use the Standard rates and timelines below for the contiguous United States unless noted at checkout.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders leave within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or special-order items may take longer. We'll email you if your order is affected.

Delivery time (after ship)

Standard shipping to the lower 48 is typically 2–7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email once the label is created. Some orders ship in more than one package; tracking is provided for each shipment as it becomes available.

Domestic Standard rates (contiguous U.S.)

Orders under $75: $19.95
Orders $75–$199.99: $14.95
Orders $200 or more: FREE Standard Shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal.

Expedited

Expedited shipping is not currently available at checkout.

International

We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only.

Large & bulk orders

For orders of 10 or more items, email orders@theindustryoutpost.com before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping.

Custom Embroidery

Decorated orders are quoted individually, and timing is confirmed in your quote.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, contact us within 7 days. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Address Changes

We can only change a shipping address before the order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot reroute it.
